Published by Eurasian Campus, Sri Lanka, in collaboration with Nile University of Science and Technology, Mogadishu, JESS provides a platform for scholars to disseminate original research addressing contemporary social, educational, cultural, economic, technological, and institutional issues.

JESS particularly welcomes research on digital transformation, AI ethics, SME development, public policy, sustainability, and regional issues in South Asia and beyond.

Peer Review Process

The Journal of Eurasian Social Sciences follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all submitted manuscripts. Under this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review procedure.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal are first screened by the Editorial Board to assess their relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, formatting, academic quality, and compliance with submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected at the preliminary screening stage.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to two or more qualified reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, clarity, methodology, theoretical contribution, relevance, ethical compliance, quality of analysis, and significance of findings.

Based on the reviewers’ comments, the Editorial Board may make one of the following decisions:

  1. Accepted without revisions
  2. Accepted with minor revisions
  3. Accepted with major revisions
  4. Resubmission required after substantial revision
  5. Rejected

Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers’ comments and submit a revised version within the given deadline. The Editorial Board reserves the right to make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of any manuscript.

The journal is committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, confidentiality, and academic standards throughout the peer review process.
